Return / Exchange Policy & Customer Satisfaction

We are committed to your satisfaction first and foremost, and we want to help you have the best possible shopping experience. We recognize that sometimes an item may not meet your needs, was not what you had hoped for, or simply does not fit with your decor or space. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be new and in unused condition.

Exclusions & Non-Refundable Items

A few of our vendors may be excluded from our return policy. Any exceptions are noted on the page of the item. Special orders where custom fabrics or colors are selected are non-refundable. Bedding and linens are also non-refundable and can't be exchanged.

Return Process

  1. Contact us via email or phone for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization).
  2. Wrap the package carefully. All returned products must be in their original condition and packaging.
  3. Ship the product to the return address provided. Returns sent to our administrative offices cannot be accepted.
  4. Save your return tracking number and email it to us for tracking purposes.

Fees & Refunds

All returns are subject to round trip shipping charges. If your item was shipped "Free Shipping," we will charge our actual outbound shipping charges. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returns unless exchanging for an item of equal or greater value or opting for store credit. Round trip shipping charges will still apply.

Damaged & Missing Parts

If something arrives damaged, or parts are missing, notify us immediately. We will help you get needed replacements at no extra charge. Write "Package Damaged" when signing for delivery if the package appears damaged. If you discover damage after accepting the package, contact us without delay. Most carriers allow only 48 hours to file claims.

Manufacturer's Defect

In the case of a manufacturer's defect, we can replace the defective part or, if necessary, the entire unit. We stand 100% behind our products and will work to resolve any issues.
